I have major anxiety around my teeth and health in general, and after having a bad experience with a previous dentist, I‘ve been receiving the most thorough care from Dr. Harris and everyone on her team! They have been amazing at working with my worries and kindly explaining my treatment plan and billing situation. I’m so thankful for how thorough and patient they’ve been with me!
The office is comfy, decorated with antiques and art, it was warm and welcoming, like a home; the staff was AMAZING, calm, and very understanding of my anxiety. This was my first dental appointment in more years than I’d like to admit but Karen made me feel so relaxed and not at all judged that I was disappointed that I have to wait another month for my next visit! THANK YOU ALL✌️
Dr. Harris was great and so was Rachel. She explained everything and made a comprehensive treatment plan for my long-term dental health!
The dental assistant was friendly and patient. I made her aware that I had a little dentist anxiety, and she chatted with me and put me at ease. Not to mention how much care she took to clean my teeth. Dr. Harris was prompt and tk the point. Only the first visit, but I'll definitely be a regular patient here now.
I had an issue with a tooth that needed attention. Dr Harris saw me at 5pm on a Wednesday, and spent about 1.5 hours on that tooth and saved it for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and went thru all of the options with me. I really appreciate her and her dental assistant. they are quite the team!

I get a little anxious going to the dentist from a previous really bad experience, the hygienist that did my cleaning today was very cognizant of that and was very kind through the entire cleaning.
Office is great. All are friendly and helpful. Dr. Harris is easy to talk to. They explain everything and Dr. Harris does great work. Fixed a problem tooth that was a mess without any fuss or pain. All back to normal. Best dentist I have been to.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Karen Harris for over 5 years. He has been begging me to make the switch to her, and I finally did. She took the time to look at my teeth, show me how to properly brush my gums and floss (which I don’t do enough of). She even took the time to explain everything to me, and had me hold a mirror so I could look in my mouth with her. I got a root canal somewhere else (before I went to her), but she is going to put in the crown, and take care of me moving forward. I am very glad I finally listened to my husband and gave Dr. Karen Harris a try. She’s amazing and so is her receptionist who took the time to call my insurance for me, and get pricing details, etc. Great dental office!

What in the world is going on with this place??!!!? Everyone from the dentist, to the assistants, to the front desk staff are INCREDIBLE!!! I am terrified of the dentist, and get very bad anxiety when I have to go. I have to have a root canal next Thursday, but this place is truly is amazing. Dr. Karen is the sweetest most down to earth person I have ever met. Dr. McCoy gave me his personal cell number and told me to text him if I am in too much pain and can't wait until Thursday to have the root canal and they will get me in sooner. They seriously all are wonderful. I will leave another review after my root canal next Thursday. Seriously, this place is one of a kind. I am in customer service myself, and I am blown away by the staff here! 5 stars!!!!!

My experience at the office of Dr. Karen Harris was great. I had never had an evaulation of my teeth, neck, head and face like she performed, She also explained how each of those areas tie in together and how muscles can be the culprit of head aches. I was very pleased at how much time she took to explain what is going on with my teeth. I went for a cracked tooth and got more than I was looking for, but everything I needed to know. Thanks Dr. Harris. I will be back!!

The customer service at this establishment was amazing! I was welcomed as soon as I entered the space. The dental assistant and dentist had wonderful communication, always checked to see if I was comfortable, and shared their wonderful personalities. I love the feel of the establishment, it was comfortable, inviting, and great service. I will definitely be back every 6 months.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, and everyone who works there! Dr. Harris is a great dentist--talented, thorough, and ethical, clearly communicating what all of your options are, when it comes to different procedures. All of the hygienists are all also so talented and kind (I have some nerves around dentistry, and they always make cleanings an easy, painless experience), and everyone who works in the office is excellent at their job, kind, and thoughtful. Their prices are also very reasonable--I have Illinois insurance, which is always a headache, but they make navigating my tricky insurance easy. I always leave the office feeling so well cared for--everyone here genuinely cares about their patients, and their health! (And Dr. Harris also has her adorable, sweet dogs in the office to greet you--an extra bonus!)

I never knew I could love a dentist. Everyone here is so incredibly kind and skilled at their jobs. I hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time and needed 8 cavities filled over several visits. I'm a huge baby and the procedures are never painful and everyone is very sensitive and intuitive. They're always very understanding and transparent with any insurance/financial issues and were willing to work with me when my employer switched to a worse provider. The icing on the cake is that it's an office full of women and they always have cute dogs in the lobby to great you. :)
My boyfriend has a paralyzing fear of dentists, and hasn't been for nearly 15 years. Childhood sexual abuse made the experience unbearable, and triggers anxiety for him. He told Dr. Harris he wasn't sure how he would react, and he was afraid he would bite the staff. They were incredibly sympathetic. A hefty dose of valium, laughing gas, an all female staff, and a comforting canine made the six fillings as painless as possible. We are both so grateful.His healthy teeth look beautiful. Thank you ladies!
I can't begin to say how great these gals are here! Every time I walk in I feel as if I am treated like family. Their work is great and prices are very fair. I had an incident with a chipped tooth and they got me right in--the first appointment on a Monday. I can't rave enough. I'm very picky and this location and group are very impressive. I'd highly recommend.
Not only Dr. Karen Harris, but her entire team are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgable, and amazing bedside manner. I could not recommend highly enough!
The smile perfecter. Dr. Harris is extremely knowledgable and involved with every service. I've been a patient for years and I hate I've gone to other dentist in the past; Dr. Harris has had to go-over and correct the work of former dentist. I am always happy with her work although I dread coming to sit in a dentist chair; at least I'm sitting in comfort and assured it'll all be done properly here.
